Introduction

GidaTV ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our IPTV player application ("the App") on Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

About GidaTV

GidaTV is an IPTV player. We do not provide, host, or distribute any content. Users are solely responsible for the content they access and must ensure they have the right to access any content streamed through the App.

Information Collection and Use

• Analytics Exclusions: GidaTV's analytics payloads do not include your name, email address, playlist names, full playlist or streaming URLs, credentials, search text, or channel, programme, movie or episode titles.
• Usage and Diagnostic Analytics: The App sends TelemetryDeck events about feature use, content types and category groups, provider registrable domains, playback quality, free-playback allowance and paywall interactions, and purchase or subscription outcomes. Playback diagnostics include startup delay, stalls, resolution and codecs; measurements such as durations and counts are grouped into ranges. We use these events to understand usage and improve the App. We do not add your Apple ID or iCloud identity to these events.
• iCloud Storage: Any user data (such as playlists or preferences) is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account if sync is enabled. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• Device Information: TelemetryDeck receives device and app metadata, including device model, operating-system version, app version and language settings, with analytics events. The App also uses Apple's OSLog system for local troubleshooting logs.

Feedback You Send Us

When you submit this website's feedback form, we receive your message, the topic and platform you select, and your email address if you choose to provide one. We use these details to review your feedback and, if you provide an email address, reply to you. These submissions are stored with Cloudflare and automatically expire from the website's feedback storage after 90 days. Feedback messages and email addresses are not sent to TelemetryDeck.

A hashed, IP-based rate-limit marker is kept for 60 seconds to help limit spam. Your IP address is not included in the stored feedback record. Please do not include passwords, playlist links or streaming URLs in your message.

For website submissions, we send our support inbox an alert containing the submission type, date, topic and platform when supplied, and a record reference. These alerts do not contain your message, email address or submitted playlist URL.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any advertising, cross-app tracking, or data-broker services, and we never sell your data. The App uses TelemetryDeck for privacy-preserving usage and diagnostic analytics (see above), and optional iCloud sync, which is managed directly by Apple and covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. This website and its feedback storage are hosted by Cloudflare.

User Responsibility

• GidaTV does not provide, host, or distribute any IPTV or streaming content.
• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to access any content streamed through the App.
• The App is intended for personal and lawful use only.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
